Hi, sorry for the delay in getting a reply.

How does your DD fall asleep at night and for naps? Does she have any props such as a dummy/paci etc?

Hi,
During the day she has a dummy but at night she doesn't have anything. We just put her to sleep in her cot when she is awake but very drowsy

Do you think your DD is OT as her A times are quite long for her age and then she is having quite short naps too? I wonder if she has started NW due to this and becasue she has had a feed she has got used to this? Does she seem OT at BT at all?

Hi sorry only a quick reply, my DD is ill. I would try to reduce that first A time and see if you get a longer nap. Then if you are still getting short naps the next A time needs to be shorter than normal to make up for that.

How long should the A time be for a 5 month old? How long should the naps be?
