Hi ladies!  I have posted on some of the other boards but want to get you opinion here too.  Have 11.5 month old twins.  One's always been a great sleeper other one a horrible sleeper.  However, we have almost made it through the first year and ahd been doing pretty well at night.  Now she is waking every few hours and almost always wakes by 5 or 5:30.  Is she ready for one nap?  Is she OT/UT?  Is her A time to short?  Are naps to long?  Here's her EAS.

5:30-6:00- up

9:30-11:00-A

7:30-BT

She was up on and off all night last night so I tried something different today.
She didn't wake till 6:20
6:20-up
10:00-10:45-S (woke her up)
2:40-4:40-S (I woke her up) I was afraid to let her sleep longer because of BT
8:15-BT  Kept her up later in hopes she is tired enough to sleep
