7.5 month old still wakes once a night - habit or hunger?

She goes down easily and sleeps well from 7pm until 2am. Then she always wakes just the once somewhere between 2am and 4.30am. The time is different every night. Im not sure if this is genuine hunger or whether I should wean her off that NW. She is combine fed, and on 4 hr EASY. She has BF at 7.00am and BF at 7.00pm. She then has about 20oz of formula spread across her day (11 and 3 oclock feed/ and mixed in breakfast.) She is on  3 meals a day and eats well.
Last night we tried giving her formula at 7pm instaed of bf but she still woke at about 4am. I cant see how she can be hungry, but she does take a full feed at NW?

7.00 up and bf
8.30 breakfast
10.00 nap
11.00 ff 5 oz
12.00 lunch
2.00 nap sometimes pm nap is up up 2 hours
3.00 ff 7 oz
5.00 tea
6.30 Ff1/2
6.45 bath
7.00 ff 1/2 bed

No she' s always to put to sleep awake  lol she is teething but she had been waking once a night or mOre for mOnths x

She loves her food and has taken well to it....was weaning at about 5 months. She has 3 meals a day Just becoming a very tired Mummy after nearly 8 months - she hasnt slept through once (in the sense of from bed time to morning.) She does regular 5 - 6 hours stretches though. x
