14 week old draining 40 ounces a day

Right now I'm on the 3.5 hour Easy, trying to switch to the 4 hour easy, but taking away that extra bottle has been an issue as my giant baby is draining 40 ounces of formula a day already. Any recommendations -- do I add a bottle, do I start rice cereal?

I really wouldn't start rice cereal, your baby is too young for solids yet. If he needs the milk then that is actually what is best for him, the other thing you can try is hungry baby milk which takes longer to digest so keeps them feeling fuller for longer and reduces the milk intake a bit.
