WT after 30 min nap
« on: December 14, 2011, 03:37:54 am »
My DS is 5 months old and does not really show sleepy cues well during the day.  So normally I go by the clock.  After a 30 mins nap, how much should WT reduce by?

All LOs are different but I would try reducing the next A by ~15/20 mins if you suspect your LO is getting OT. I always try to watch the clck and cues on 30 min nap days HTH
