should I be using real milk in cooking now?
« on: December 23, 2011, 16:53:37 pm »
we are on 2 solid meals a day and following the wholesomebabyfood website in terms of the fruit and veg we are introducing.

So with cereal I am using formula still. M has not had any 'real' milk. Should I be introducing this now? So for example this am she had ready brek with pear and we made it with formula. Is there any reason to not use cows milk or in our case goats milk?

thanks

I believe the only reason not to use milk is if there are milk intolerance or allergies.
