What do you think?
« on: December 20, 2011, 12:33:04 pm »
I am not complaining, LOL! Yes I am!

Alyssa just turned 16months and her two top molars finally cut. Over the last 1.5weeks she has been having at least one nw.  When I go to her she cries laying down calling for me or hubby. I don't know if it teeth, SA or bad dreams. Normally, I just give her a little rub on her back or pat on her bum and she drifts back to sleep. Last night, she actually stood up, wanted a cuddle and went back to sleep. This is unlike her. She hasn't had a nw for many months.
I tried to give her meds last night but she clamped her mouth shout and got more upset.

What do you think?

Hi hun,
So do you think the teeth are through now? It sounds like either they are still causing her trouble OR she has got used to a bit of help to settle when she wakes.
How was she last night?

To my surprise she didn't wake up last night.
could be teeth. I tried to take a look in her mouth and saw the top ones cut but couldn't tell if all points cut.

good that she did not wake. That probably means it is discomfort rather than needing you and a habit iykwim?

I have no idea what is going on with this girl lately. Normally when we get long nws they mean ut and last night she gave me a long nw from 2:40-4:30am.  It couldn't of been UT as her nap was only 1hr and 40mins and that was broken.  It has to be her teeth. I would settle her then the moment I leave the room she would begin to cry. I am also thinking some SA.  I was so frustrated.  Nw are not like her!
