13 mth old Smelly poop and cows milk?

I have been transitioning my DS to cows milk for 1 mth now......a few oz formula and a few oz milk.  Ever since the change, his poops have been HORRIBLE smelling....i mean REALLY bad!!  They tend to be a bit more yellowish/light brownish in color and he has looser poops.  Other than that he seems fine. Isn't irritable.  Is this normal?

Hi as I don't think this an allergy I am going to move over to the toddler board for more eyes x

Is he windier or anything? I found cows milk gave M squashy poos - I am fine with all dairy apart from cold cows milk, maybe your LO is the same? Heating above 72c kills the whey so I can tolerate it.  Not sure if it is that with your LO or just getting used to something new - I would give it a wee while longer and see if he still is the same (when I reintroduced dairy recently my tummy took a good while to adjust to it but is fine now).
