Thanks ladies. So 1 x NW last night at 9pm and an EW, well after an 11 hour night when she's consistantly been doing 12....not complaining about the length of the night really but they are usually the first thing to shorten. Naps have become erratic but I suspect thats more of an A issue so not counting that.

Her face is starting to look a wee bit bumpy. Y'know just before an eczema breakout it goes quite dry and uneven? Sort of pimply looking. Nothing on her body as of yet. She is farting more than normal but atleast its coming out kwim rather than getting trapped in there.

Mmmmmmmmm. I will keep going though. She had some custard as well yesterday. Today she had milk on her cereal but only had a couple of spoonfuls as I think she's just not used to the taste of milk! For the weekend I have put a pasta bake on the menu...with cheese and everything! God, its been so long since I've hadf a melty-cheesey pasta bake. I cannot wait!  ;D

 Time will tell...

Ugh. NW at 3am for 2 hours last night. SHe was VERY gassy and crunching her legs up. Still no outbreak on her skin though apart from the dry skin on her face.

WWYD? Continue? Perhaps its just her wee guts getting used to the dairy and not intolerant as such kwim?

 This stinks.

With R, things got worse after a few days and rather than cut back completely i cut back the amount for a few days.  So rather than milk in cereal and cheese and yogurt, I only gave one and then after a few days gradually increased the amount again.

We are still in the midst of getting her used to dairy but she is coping much better with it now.

So maybe do some dairy today and over the weekend and then up the quantity again on monday?

I think I'm going to cut out the milk for another week or two and stick to yogurts, cheese and her favourite...CUSTARD!  ;D

DH and I are on the saame page about it so thats good, we have both agreed that we will keep little bits of dairy going in and not rein back completely yet again. She was doing so well for the last few days and last night she was a nightmare, its always at night it manifests worse. Poor soul. Although I am still being open minded and thinking last night could just as well have been down to teeth as she's cutting molars right now.  :-\

Milk always caused the worst reactions here.  In fact thinking back I did cheese and yogurts and hidden dairy for quite a few weeks before i did milk on cereal and even then that was a lot and i did sips of milk first then bigger amount in cereal.

R was up about 50 times last night with her silly 10 teeth that are popping through.  UGH!

When I re-introduced dairy myself it took a good few days for my body to adjust, and that was not cows milk, just cheese, etc.  I def agree that cows milk is the worst, and starting with cheese, or even biscuits etc that contain dairy would be good.

Poor wee thing :(
L x Having a bw break from 1 Feb 2012 - if you want to get in touch please send me a pm.  I may not be here but you are all in my thoughts xxxx (probably be back some time)

Only 1 x NW last night, a fairly long one...cant really remember though so it couldn't have been that bad. She didn't have much in the way of dairy yeasterday though because she refused her dinner that had cheese in it.  ::)

Her face is still looking pretty bumpy but not a mark on her skin otherwise.  :) Nappies are fine too.
