poor K.  the safest options are things that have been treated, like chicken, eggs.  White, not brown rice and cauliflower are usually ok, plus nightshade veg.  Minimal processed foods.  she can even eat corn!

Thanks hun. Why do you say white, not brown rice? I thought brown rice was healthier.

She is better now! :-)

brown rice contains so much more stuff which can be problematic, just refined sugar is not healthy but it is often less likely to cause allergies, of course, unless you are allergic to sugar.  It is in the handbook if you have it.  When you get the information about what you can eat during the avoidance period, those are the things she can eat along with things that she got treated.  I hope this is clear.

We had another treatment today! Peas seemed to be ok. :-) Won't be trying them yet though as we are going on a trip for 10 days and don't want any surprises! Will start experimenting a bit more beginning of April when we are back!

She was treated for fish and selfish today! :D I can not wait to try all this stuff!!!

Well we had our last treatment for the next 2 weeks as we are going on a trip tomorrow!

K is still slightly unsettled at night. Her eczema also got worse. We went in today, and she tested her for citric acid as we introduced the tomato and she was positive. She as treated for it so hopefully it will be ok now!

I guess time will show!

:-)

Haven't updated on a while! not sure how K is doing! lol She seems better in her self, putting on weight nicely, eczema is getting better, her appetite has literally doubled in the last month which to me says she is feeling better. But she still has quite a lot of gas. Her therapist says its possible its just that her body is getting used to "new" foods. Not sure what to think. . .
