HELP!! DD WILL ONLY TAKE BOTTLE FROM ME!

Kyla is 9 months tomorrow...she will not take her bottle from anyone besides me. last friday she was at daycare for 8hrs and did not take the bottle once! my husband is in the other room right now trying and i can hear her fussing. she has only had 2 bottles today because i had to drop her off at a friends while i worked for a bit. What do i do?!!??! she goes to daycare tomorrow and im worried about it happening again.

Is she eating solids when she is at daycare? Will she drink from a cup of some kind instead?

She loves her solids so at least she is eating that. They said they tried everything. They tried with a cup but she only drink a little bit from it. i've bought like 6 different sippys and she hates them all...she just tries to chew on them. she had no bottle today while she was there for 8 hours!

Have you had DH try to give her a bottle in her bedroom where it is darker and she may not really notice that it is him???

Yes the other night she woke up around 1 in the morning and he went in to feed her, she wouldnt take the bottle from him =(

My 19 mth old has recently decided she only wants a bottle off mummy - the things these LOs think of  ::) ::).

Obviously my DD could be took off her bottle anyway, and really I only give it because we both like it  :P.

Liz has a good point - I am not sure that my 14 month old would take a bottle as well from anyone other than me either... but that said, she is at home with me all day.

Will she take her milk from a sippy at daycare?

Hi ladies---she rarely ever wakes for a night feed. she's a good 12hr sleeper. unless its a day that i had to work and she was somewhere where she didnt want her bottle.
she will not take a sippy at all...i have bought every kind you can possibly think of. she just wants to chew on them. the soft, the hard, the straw, plain 'ole cup. with the cup she just wants to swish her tongue in it haha.
the past couple of days i have had my husband, my MIL and my mom all give her a bottle. when she finally took it, she only drank like 4 ounces. im hoping its a phase because i work 3 days a week and now im working longer hours so i have no choice but to drop her off with a sitter.
I am so lost!

4 ozs is a really good start!!!

With the sippy - I did the same thing as you and had one of every type there was!  I finally got DD to accept one when I gave them a try myself! I picked the one that was the easiest to use and didn't add too much air into the liquid - a week later and she was a pro!
