Yea CN is a great option if you can get her to take it?
(((hugs))) Amy I was in this exact situation before Christmas & I know how difficult it is to see your way out of it. I have to agree that your EW are likely to continue while her nap & BT are so early though.
The way we dealt with it was to push the nap (& BT) later by 15mins every week. So it was like a set nap but gradually moving later IYSWIM? And I also capped it at 2hrs max. It took about 4-6 weeks to do, & I won't lie, for the first couple of weeks he had to do 6.5-7hrs A before his nap every day & he was beyond exhausted. Within a few weeks (& after a catchup day of a 2.5hr nap) his WU suddenly started to follow suit. Although it was horrible for a week or 2 because he was so tired out, I am sooo glad we did it b/c I can't tell you enough what a difference the later nap has made to us all.
For the last month we have had a consistent 2hr nap at 12.30-2.30, BT at 7.30 & I was having to wake him at 7am every day. He's been having an hour's extra sleep per 24hrs than he was having before so he is so much more well rested & the difference in his temperament is unreal.
In the last week the EW are creeping in again so we're now working on pushing out & capping the nap so our routine will hopefully be: WU 7am, A = 5.75hrs, Nap 12.45-2.30 (1h 45), A = 5hrs, BT: 7.30.
