Butter maybe less allergenic than other dairy like milk or cheese. Youghurts are also easier than other forms of dairy. And it takes up to 2-3 weeks to show and 2 weeks to clear out of the system. So what PP said, best of luck and proceed with caution.

Sounds like things are going well - hurrah! Re butter, we saw a really quick, really obvious reaction when I accidentally gave ds butter a couple of months ago, so fingers crossed you have got away with it.

Thanks! Still going strong with the wheat! He loves his toast. Not so big on the pasta though.
I think I'll wait till he's 12 months to try dairy. DH said he had given him mashed potatoes from the restaurant too, and I bet that was loaded with butter. That was over christmas so the reaction would have manifested already. However I feel like I'd rather wait. I think might try soy though. Any suggestions?
