Yes, he is teething as well, he's not cranky or anything.
He is an angel baby thou :)
Today has not been great, not sure why he took 1 hr nap in the morning rather than 1.5 hrs.
Afternoon nap 30 mins (Aaargh) instead of 2 hrs.
I didn't take him out of the room yet, he's still happily having his cot party.
Please help!!

Ahgh!! I was going to say that yesterdays EASY looked pretty good! The hour nap may be that he's undertired again- was your A time shorter than yesterday's? And 30 mins can often mean over tired- so too much A time after the short morning nap!! I hate the 30 minute nap the most!!! It can really muck up your day!! Are the night wakings just up and feed an back in bed?

My guy was not too bad with his first 2 teeth but has been a bit of a shocker with these!1 Hope your guy gets his soon!

And a tip on the nappies i've heard but not tried myself- If you are using disposables, at night yyou double nappy- but in the first nappy you get scissors or a knife (away from the baby- before you put it on...) and put holes in the utside of it, then put the other nappy on. Then it should all go into the second when the first is full! Als0- have you tried the next size of nappy up? We often use a bigger nappy than his age/weight states.

The end of the day A time looks really long.  I would aim for bed about 3-3.5 hours after waking from that last nap.  This is where we suggest a 12 hour night (not 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep, mind you).  He is waking for the day at 6:30, so a 6:30 bed time is not far fetched.

What happens if you swap bottles and solids?

Are you medicating at all for teething?

was your A time shorter than yesterday's?  A time is always the same.

Are the night wakings just up and feed an back in bed? - night wakings many times are just cries in the crib and he goes back to sleep.  sometimes he is sleeping on his stomach or all rolled up in the blankets (he loves playing with his blankets), so I have to adjust him again and again.  In the mornings he starts to moan (makes wake up noises, sometimes parties in cot around 5:30).  Only one feed per night.

I did the DF yesterday and he was awake again by 2:30 all soaked up.  I will definitely try the double diaper.  Big size didn't work.

I am giving him natural med at night time and gripe water before bed.  Is that good?  Should I try amber necklace?

RachelC  if I do the bottle before solid, he won't drink.  He is to excited to be awake and ready to play.  He wants no food.  I also tried to feed him when he wasn't so awake.  Than he just spits up milk all over the place.  He has reflux.

Thanks for the help girls.
Susan

Forgot to answer the bedtime question Rachel, If I change his bedtime to 7, he wakes up more often at night.  I can try again slowly.  8 seems to work better.

It is not going good ladies.  I am hoping for some type of routine tomorrow.  right now, the naps the feeds are all over the place.
