Hi hun,
I have had a quick look at everything and think you just need to shift her feeds a bit further apart and it will all come right for you. TBH you really are in the toughest time frame with napping... 4-6 months is very hard for many (me included!).
At first glance, I suspect she got into an OT spiral early in the day today... I remember those 10 min naps all too well.
so confused - at night I just put her down in her cot she self settles and off to sleep.
Night sleep and day sleep are actually controlled by different parts of the brain... you have biology on your side at night

Babies organize night sleep for months 0-3 then they work on day sleep from months 3-6... you will start to see her first nap lengthen first and then her second nap... once she moves to 2 naps - you are golden

Here is my advice hun:
Start to push her feeds further apart again... you really want her to be at 4 hrs at this age. Just hold her out as long as you can between feeds to encourage her to take a bigger feed at each one... it won't take long

Once you get her feeds further apart, you will see a huge change in her naps. Until then, keep her first A time to a little less than it is now since you are likely getting an OT wake up....
The one thing that saved my sanity during this nap phase was to extend for no more than 15 mins... if she wasn't sleeping by then, she wasn't going to... get her up and continue plodding with your day. Extending can be very stressful and sleep just won't happen.
Hugs!
