Help with starting EASY - 6 month old
« on: February 18, 2012, 21:22:09 pm »
My LO is 6 months.  I need to start EASY, but is this ok?

7 am wake, 4 oz
9.30 am nap, 1 /1.5 hours
11.30 bottle 6 oz
1pm some solids
2.00pm nap 1/1.5 hours, depending on morning nap
4 pm bottle 6 oz
5 pm solids
6pm bath etc
7pm bed

My problem is that if the afternoon nap is shorter than  usual (can be 45 mins at worst) then she is getting tired and grouchy by 5/6.
Any advice appreciated!

I reckon she needs a little more awake time before her nap - seems she's a little undertired and not getting a restorative sleep.

Oh, and if she's tired at 6, I'd just do an early bedtime :)
