 ???

I'm trying to start on the E.A.S.Y. Plan today with my 3 month old. My question is, what happens if I'm ssh/patting so long that I eat into the next 3 hour cycle and the baby's still awake. Do I stop, feed and go through the next cycle? Or keep going until she's had a decent nap and then wake her and start again?

Thanks,

Charlotte

I would shh pat until 15 minutes before the next feed. After that I found that they are hungry and no amount of shh pat will help. If you want to post your EASY I'm sure people could take a look and provide some thoughts if you are looking for suggestions. I always found that between 3 and 4 months things change a lot and it's hard to get the right A time... Some days I feel they can't handle much and others mine could go way longer and it has to date always been challenging. Keep at it though, it really pays off !

Thanks, it didn't come to that in the end, but good to know for the future! x
