Yes! I've been using it.

Ok gonna take a shower and get working on this bleb lol

I've heard that lecithin can help with plugged ducts, though I've never used it.  I'm sure you'll even out soon, there's so much regulation going on in the early weeks.

Alright blebs better but dd is sometimes fussy after feeding and I can't figure it out. This just started last few days. I know babies are fussy and it starts about now ( she is 2 weeks). Its seems like it is gas or she needs to poop and I'm wondering if it's my too fast let down ? This is the only time she really gets upset and cries! Next feed I'm going to recline but any other ideas?

It just happened and my breast was really full and tbh I don't even think she drained it. She is sleeping now. We are able to console her so it doesn't last long but she does get upset!

Ok dh walked around with her shortly after and said she burped twice. She burps more on her own than if I burp her. Not sure why I can't get a burp out of her when I pat her back, etc. ???

DS always struggled getting burps out with back patting.  We either rubbed upwards or sat him on my knee and leaned him backwards and forwards.

Oy!  M was really, really hard to burp at that age, too.  Caused us lots of issues during the night when you're not wanting to wake them up with a good burping session.  I found that sitting up with a hand supporting her chin and pressing slightly on her tummy while patting would sometimes do the trick.  Also, we will burp her on our right shoulder, and gently rub on the left side of her tummy (so the side on the outside)...that trick still works to this day.

Hi, I'm really prone to plugged ducts and blebs. A few months ago a lactation consultant recommended a few things that have really helped:

-taking lecithin 2-3 times a day. I used to get plugged ducts once a week or so, since taking it I've stopped getting plugged ducts. I had 2 blebs on 1 nipple at the time. I'm currently down to one that would go away and come back. It's just really stubborn, also it's been so long now that I've stopped doing all the other things the lactation consultant recommended.
-taking hot baths several times a day for at least 20 min and ideally right before nursing. I didn't have the time to do this, so I aimed for one bath a day. or, a hot shower helps too.
-if you don't have time for the above, soak the nipple in a bowl of hot water right before nursing/hot compresses. I found a wetting a diaper and microwaving it for 45-60 sec a convenient alternative to soaking in a bowl.
-after nursing, put on aquaphor. she says it works better than lanolin, but you can't just leave it on like lanolin. you have to rinse it off before nursing.

hope this helps!
