Do you have more fun ideas for interacting with your toddler/preschooler while you're on the couch?

I remember letting dd (3 yrs old at the time) draw on my ankles with washable markers whil I was p/g with ds1! Not the prettiest thing, but no harm, no foul.

That reminds me of the time I was very sick and dozed on the couch aware L was around but not actually watching her and she came and gently woke me up to show me how she stuck all her pictures on the living room wall with glue  It's been a few years and they are still up because and we haven't had the money to redecorate  I wish even now that I could just pull out a colouring book and L would be amused while I am sick!
