The trouble with groups is getting there. I am fine once I am there it is the journey. I get so anxious that I can't get out the door and by the time I leave, Audrey is furious from being strapped in her pram for ages while I run back and forth to the loo. And then often we get partway down the road and have to turn around and run home again. And then we're so late it's not worth showing up! :(

:-* thank you for the suggestion though. Our local SureStart is great, I did so much stuff there with Stan.

^^^^^^
what creations said.

I was really dubious about going along to such sessions with LO1 but now we're somewhere with no provision whatsoever I would give my eye-teeth to know I could just pop out with to a baby and mother friendly environment with lots of toys (for me and baby!).
