I have a great pancake recipe, will find and post it when I am on the computer.  Applesauce (or banana, or flax) are similar to egg in that they bind things together. Not as well in some instances, but okay enough.

Do you like avocado? I love to slice it in a sandwich.

Here is Heidi's pancake recipe  ;)

1 cup flour (I mix millet, rice & coconut flours)
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup soy milk (I've done 1/2 water, works the same)
1 1/2 tbsp veg oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
applesauce (I use the little 1 serving size pots, probably amounts to 1/3 cup

Thanks you both! :)
Is baking soda same as bicarbonate of soda? And suppose I can switch soy milk for oats milk?

Does anyone know if there are allergy tests you can do this young or do they always wait til older?
Aimie's been crying a lot still, often starts suddenly like she's getting tummy cramps. Rash is fading a bit though. Today she had a slightly mucousy poo and was really struggling with it until it finally came out after a few hrs of her being in pain :(

You should be able to manage sheep or goat cheese - so you can have a proper sandwich with cheese! Not sure what your options are over there, but Roquefort and manchego are both sheep cheeses, and there are a fair few goat cheese options in the uk.

If you want to avoid cheese altogether, you could try an open sandwich with salad, chutney and ham - they are pretty good and might make a change.

I don't know how oat milk would work, but it is worth a try - I've had to use water when we ran out of soy and it was fine.

Here they usually won't test under 1 - 1.5 years, but not sure if other places are different. Not that testing gave us any clarity, she tested negative to things she clearly reacts too.

I did pancakes with oatmilk and it was nice for shrove tuesday. my recipe had oil to substitute for butter and orange juice(?!). It was yummy, as also had to exclude dairy, soy and egg. I find oat cream is nice in soups as well.

I like houmous sandwiches. Either just bread and houmous or with avocado, lettice and tomato. Also if you don't like cooking from scratch, I like to buy ready to eact quinoa and then I just chop avocado, tomato, cucumber, spring onion in it or cucumber, tinned fish and spring onion and nice lunch taken care of.

Also at work I get this salad in a wrap and it is basically houmous, tomatoes, coriander, rocket, thin sliced carrot and toasted pumpkin seeds, plus spring onion, flat bread wrap and japanese weed (kombu) which I think could be substituted by marmite. It is nice and popular. Kids like lentils so rice or potatoes with them are popular. Also pizza without cheese is good, and can get takeaway.

I was wary of coconut and turned out to be right - M has alergy to it and to chickpeas. So I can eat houmous and some coconut curries becasue he seems to tolerate it that way but I stopped giving houmous or chickpeas to him and don't give him anything with coconut. His allergy to egg is stronger so there I have to exclude it as well and the allergy specialist said that I need to give each eliminated ingredient about 2-6 weeks to really show results. Same for adding back in. At the moment M has mild allergy to dairy and soy but 6 months ago it was high. Apparently up to 90% outgrow dairy allergy by 3 y.o. (75% by 2), so there is hope yet.

Our specialist told us that there is a link between dairy, soy and egg allergies and they tend to be together. Our symptoms were itchy eczema rash, vomittinig or constipation or both and respiratory ( sniffly nose). It took a while to click as so many other alergens, but actually just eliminating the main culprits was enough in our case. best of luck!

This was a big frustration for us also. E tested negative on a RAST blood test after having a reaction right in front of my Dr to two sips of milk (one of them she spit out).

Hummus is lovely as a sandwich spread and as a chip/veggie dip. Be careful of your breads as many contain dairy and/or soy. I learned when reading labels that if it said vegetable oil then it usually meant soybean oil. I only went with packaged goods that said canola oil. A lot of breads have skim milk powder in them. Do you have a bread machine?

No bread machine but would like one. Thanks for all the tips and help :-*
I've no idea if this is "just" intolerances and will go away within the usual colic timeframe of a few months, or more than that. I'm feeling bad today though. Her rash has got worse again!?! And she's clearly not feeling well :'(
Aimie has an appointment with a doctor on Monday as part of her check-up with the child nurse, so will discuss things then but I have thought about going on a stricter ED to see if we have more immediate improvement as things are still so bad. Then I could add in one thing at a time to see how she reacts. Would that be a good idea do you think? I've been off eggs since Tue last week and milk and soy since then too, plus milk 10 days before that. Perhaps I'm just being impatient and it is too soon to tell? Idk... it is just so hard to see her like this and it is so hard to get through the days with the other girls and all that needs doing...

Vicky, it does sound like an allergy, even though of cause it coud be several unrelated things. I remember DD had bad gas and crying from the soups I ate which had cabbage in them. But allergy sounds more likely. have you thought of keeping a food diary for yourself to see what else it could be? A had No contact with animals, other irritants?

Also what has GP prescribed? Anything to reduce the skin itch or irritation?

Atvthe moment E has a rash on her back, front and face/neck and I am not sure from what. She has not had an allergy that bad for about 3 years so I am puzzled. My bet is it is heat rash because she got it after a v. Warm spring day here but who knows. It does not bother her too much so I just keep moisturising and that's it.
