4/4 implementing problem
« on: March 17, 2012, 05:02:47 am »
hi,
my 4.5 months twin girls had 3h routine. after 10 day transition period l started to apply 4h routine. first 3 days there was no problem. 7/7 sleeps were perfect.  but one of them started to wake up at 5am. l feel she is waking up because she is hungry. after feeding a few moments she goes back to sleep. also she wakes up hungry from catnaps as well.

since I breast feed during the day (BT and DF bottled breast milk) l cannot measure how much they drink. is this is a fast growing period or she is not having enough with 4h. but other one looks OK!!

what am I suppose to do?  adding bottle to day time meals or increase BT and DF amount? shall l apply to other one? TIA

Have they been through the 4month growth spurt yet? Its a really big GS and it is probably just that. I'd try increasing BT and DF by a little bit each...
