What to do during awake time?
« on: May 18, 2012, 21:55:53 pm »
This may sound like a silly question but I'm just starting to try EASY with my 5 month old girl and I'm wondering what types of things we can do during her awake time.  Until now her schedule has been a mess (it's still a bit messy but we're really striving to work it out) and the days have been so long trying to figure out things to do to keep her occupied.  I'm also wondering if the activities she does during awake time should be consistant every day.  For example, if we go for a walk at such and such a time one day, should we be going every day at the same time?  Thanks!

Hi hon- i'm going to move this over to the 'activity' board as it's more about things to do- it can be REALLY hard trying to occupy them at that age! They want to get at things but CAN"T!!!

I wouldn't panic about every day and every awake time being consistent- but i do find it helpful for the last A time to be consistent in the lead up to bed.
