Had post month or so ago about his naps. Now it the other way round. First nap getting shorter and 2nd nap longer, or I just wake him up cause it getting to late in the day. He has been teething, but even if get him meds, it doesn't make any difference. When he first started teething again and has meds his naps were ok. He tells me when he wants a nap which is round 4hrs wake time. So it not enough wake time to go to 1 nap. Should I just keep doing what I'm doing til he doesn't want his first nap anymore?

If he is still doing fine at night and getting a good night of sleep - I would leave well enough alone for now ;)

He always seems to wake around 4am. Sometimes he will go back to sleep, other times have to give him a bottle.

Ever tried W2S for that 4am wakeup?  Sounds habitual to me...

W2S - wake to sleep... you go in an hour before baby normally wakes and just rouse him enough to get him to sigh/roll over etc but not actually wake up... resets the sleep cycle so that they hopefully, sleep through the usual wake up time.

If he only takes a short nap after a 4 hr A time, i would be really tempted to try moving to one nap after 4.5 hrs A time and use an EBT if needed!

Tried W2S sleep with sleep before, but didn't make any difference. Today and yesterday his A time was 4.5hrs, that he did himself. Yesterday he woke after an hour, I think cause the ph rang and today woke up grumpy after 40mins. Last night he woke at 2am and not sure why. But the thing is with him, once he taken out of his cot, he has to have a bottle to go back to sleep. Though eventually will have to change that.
I think he was waking at 4am the other nights cause he was hungry. Gave him more for dinner and that helped. Besides last night.
