What time should their Last nap of the day finish?

Hi my lo goes to sleep at 7pm. He is currently in the 2-1 nap transition. He had a one hour nap this morning and then went down at 3 after having a tiny nap in car. What time do I need to wake him so he will go to sleep easily tonight??

I'd go with 4pm.

We're in 2-1 transition too and I found she needs at least 4 hours A time - is 14 months though! That said, the other day we tried only 4 hours and it took her a while to settle so maybe now needs more. The joys of trial and error... xxx

Wow! How do you fit in two naps with a four hour wake time?

If my LO sleeps past 3.30 she is hyper at a 7.30pm bedtime. xxxxxxx

If she has 2 naps now, it's usually because she had a 5am start or only a short nap in the am. Usually cap the 2nd one.  In the last week we've pretty much just stuck to 1. Xxx
