what on earth is this about??

Awful day with M.
She had a temp yesterday and was just not right at all, heavy cold etc. I suspect she is teething tbh.
Sleep was ok last night, not great but not awful and up properly at 6.45am which is late for her.

Tried to put her down for a nap this am at her usual time and it took ages...I suspected UT but she was just lying in her cot crying, not babbling or chatting yk?

So she only napped 30 mins and we went out - PD 3 hours later and same behaviour but took me 1.5 hours to get her down...loads of crying.
If I left she screamed but I stayed she just would not go to sleep. Uggh, really awful.

Feel traumatised - what is it about???

Yeah, I agree. She sounds like she's either coming down with something, or those teeth are affecting her. Have you medicated?
Catherine x

Can it be her ears bothering her?  DS just had a bursted ear infection :'(. He was off coloured since last thurs and he never said he had pain in his ears until monday afternoon when it was too late to call the doc for appointment!   It would feel worse when she lays down.  I most certainly hope it isnt, but perhaps get it checked?  X

she is fine in herself today apart from this. i cannot get a proper look inside her mouth, she just freaks out completely about it but she def has one coming through. I do medicate but the only thing that works in any way is nurofen and I just don't want to be giving that in the day as well as at night. I must try and find her amber necklace.
I did take her to the doc on Tue as she was putting her hand to her ear a lot and well...her sleep is never great.  ::) She said they were completely clear.
In the end she napped for just over an hour but she is freaking out again now we have put her to bed. DH has gone to give meds. Uggh.  :'(

If it's any consolation, it's worse in my house!  Does sound like she is just not feeling herself. Hope she gets better soon. :-*

Yes - he has all 4 molars coming through and I am wondering if perhaps the canines are starting to bug him as well as he is dribbling like a waterfall.
