I would also maybe try to keep the CN to 30 mins at this age and given yourLO closets dropping it. 45 may start to mess with BT :-\

Hi again
so we still have been getting the 5.15 or 5.30 wakings. Two nights we did make it til 6 but that was after being up 5 times in the night, however I was able to rock him back to sleep at the 4am and 5am wake up times. I have been trying to record his nights and days to see if there is a rountine that is best but I just can't see to get it. I still try to put him to bed early when he has not slept well during the day, for example this happened yesterday and he was in bed at 6. He slept til 10 then was up for 2 hrs so I fed him as I figured after 2 hrs of crying/playin he was probs tired and he went to sleep right after and was awake at 5.15 happily playing til 5.30 when i got him up. Also we started him on solids yesterday as he is 6months this week. My EASY today
W 5.15
E 5.30 BF
E 7 Rice cereal
S 8 (I have been pushing his sleep time in the am til 8 as suggested) - 9.20
E 9.45 BF
A 2.5
S 12.05 it took a while for him to settle during this nap and I had to help him more than usual so I would say sleep 12.15 -1.55
A 2.5
S 4.30-5 (his nap was a bit later than normal as we got home a bit later today from errands)
E Rice cereal
I will aim to have him to bed before 7 tonight as he was still up fairly early.
Do you think that all the NWs are affecting the EM or vice versa as he is still OT? Should i be feeding him at night when he wakes because I don't think he should be hungry until later in the night like closer to 12 wake up. Or could it be because he has a suckie and can't get back to sleep that causes him to wake up at night then that effects the EM? Sorry I feel like I am all over the map from lack of sleep.
thanks again!!

Hugs, that CN has to go I think Hun, and those A times be gently pushed a bit more.
If you can get a little longer A before that first nap - over time, then those Ew will go I think
Can you try for 2hrs45 mins first A, then if you get a good nap do the same again, then 3 to BT and drop the CN?
Obviously if you get a rough nap then you will need the CN ;)

Personally, if you can feed and get LO back tosleep at 5 I'd just do it ;) Otherwise I would try to aim for just 1 NF ie only feed at NW after 12.
