Do you / Did you have a HSN baby?
« on: April 03, 2015, 13:55:37 pm »
DD2 is definitely HSN she is almost 7.5 months old and this is her EASY

WU 7:30 (I wake her)
Nap 1 9:45 - 11:45
Nap 2 14:05 - 15:30
Nap 3 17:35 - 18:10
BT 19:40

she woukd do 2 x 2 hr  naps if I let her.

I would really like to get to 2 naps but she is so ready for sleep after such a short A time. If she sleeps less then 12hrs at night she want to nap earlier and longer the next day. She is an independent sleeper and STTN. I guess my question is how long did it take to get to 2 naps with your HSN baby, its so hard getting out and about especially as DD1 still naps from 13:30-15:30 as well. Also DD2 will be going to a childminder 3 days a week when she is 12 months. I need to drop her off at 8 so she will be up earlier and she will be lucky to get 1 long nap from 11-1 and that's it (but I know that's a while away yet)

Bump...

Hi Gail, sorry you haven't gotten a reply... I think not many LOs are quite as HSN as your DD. :-\ I guess my inclination is that if she will do 2x2hr naps, I'd try to push her ever so gently (by 5-10min every few days), so that you can cut out the CN. I think you could probably accomplish that in the next month or so. But, that being said... if she's not having NWs or resisting sleep, I don't know that I'd change anything. If it ain't broke... :-\
