I'm so happy you had a great night....but then you know that!
I definitely think the key is the nap length - it seems that 2 hours gives you UT NWings and less than an hour gives you OT NWings, so somewhere around 1hr20 - 1hr40 seems to suit her.

Don't get too excited. Katelyn followed the same routine at nursery yesterday and we had a NW at 10.45 and an attempted EW at 5.45. What's all that about?
Maybe she thinks that one night of good behaviour is enough! xxx

Well I did wonder if maybe their timings weren't accurate
Is she home with you today?

She's at home with her grandad today so will see how tonight is. I was rather surprised when nursery said she went down for her nap dead on 12.30 as she usually fights it as she wants to play xxx

Perhaps she didn't fall asleep straight away then.

Last night we had one small NW at 9.30 xxx

She's fine! Really happy and full of beans!
Today (out of interest) I put her down for her nap at 12.15, think she settled at 12.20 and she woke up at 2.05 .... will see what the night brings!

Hiya,
Katelyn slept thru the night! She let out a yelp and a cry at 6am (made me think she was up for the day) but then went back to sleep again till 7am x x x
