I freeze almost everything!
Cooked beans, lentils, rice, chicken, pasta, ground meat, etc....Then just split into small portions and freeze.
Even pancakes...when you want to use them just put them in the oven for some minutes and you're ready to go.

HTH!  ;)

Shepherds/cottage pie and lasagne are faves here for freezing - I pack them full of veges and then it's a complete meal so perfect for just thawing and re-heating without having to worry about any accompaniments :)

In addition to all the ones listed, stews and chili reheat really well. In fact I have a Mediterranean chicken stew recipe that I haven't made in ages that I should dig out. I make a big batch of either Vegetarian or turkey chili every so often and it makes enough to feed DH and I (the kids don't really like it much yet) for 4 full meals (with some bread for DH and veggies/tortilla chips for me on the side). Curries work really well too - so I make a Brazilian chicken coconut curry stew type dish that freezes well - and then served over veggies and rice.

Curry is a good one. I think I have some buried at the back of the freezer but should experiment a bit more I think now.

Think I shall have to trawl google for some recipes!

I do beef with red wine type stew and veg, pork and veggie stew (non tomato based), thai 5 spices pork rib stew, chinese beef and yellow bean sauce stew, pork with miso stew with courgette, onions, carrots sometimes leeks also. Hmm it sounds like lots of varieties! Lol. I have problems now as it is not stew weather!!

Pasta sauce that i would freeze is only bolognese, or meatballs.

Question, ladies.  When you freeze chicken dish, how can you reheat without overcooking it into inedible chunks??  Or do i hvae to avoid chicken breast?

We're trying monthly meal planning to see if we save money so at the moment we've got Turkey meatloaf, beef and salami meatballs, chicken casserole, quorn chili, vegetable lasagne, bolognese, mediteranean chicken, lentil and sweet potato curry, homemade chicken nuggets, chicken and veg pie, oat bars for lunches for DD, and sausage and bean casserole.

Steaming is a good way to reheat chicken without drying it Koe. Or we just serve it cold.

We love slow cooked pork casserole. I either just do it in stock with veggies like carrot and celery or add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, yum!

Pureed broccoli with nuts makes a great sauce for pasta and chicken.

Stews (beef mainly)
Chilli
Tomato pasta sauce
Stock (for quick soups)
American style pancakes (freeze with non stick baking paper between them)
Sugar free muffins
Scones
