ideas needed

2 questions just for some inspiration.

1. Anyone have a healthy waffle/pancake/flapjack recipe that is tried and proven to be good?  And what do you put on yours, if anything?  DD loves syrup of course and I'm totally uncreative in thinking of something else.  More like scared to try something that will go to waste.  lame, I know.

2. I have so many dips I love!  and DD loves too.  I do make a baked homeade chip which goes over well, but she just won't eat veggies and the chips are getting old.  (on a good note she did take a bite of cucumber the other day)  What else can she use for dipping?

Healthy pancake recipe:

I prefer the banana version because it's so quick.  It's sugar and salt free too.  My son has his on their own and loves them like that (he's nearly 27 months).

I've made these ^^ They're good- and you can't really even taste the fruit! I think i've put pears in them in the past..

What about even something like dipping cheese pieces? or toast fingers?

No reason why they wouldn't IMO.  I'd give it a go.  Alternatively, this is a dairy free pancake recipe:

So yeah if you can use water, I'd think you'd definitely be able to use oat milk, or why not try fruit juice?
