I was told yes ;) as long as your not taking meds that pass through the milk (which I assume your not)
actually, my dr said if you BF through it your antibodies can make them more immune :) I BF when sick with a gastro bug and we ALL got sick but Z ;)

Yes, definitely. in fact you will pass on antibodies in the milk that would help LO fight it.
