This is one I make all the time and mine love it. Here is the base recipe:
3 eggs
Carton sour cream about 300ml
Handful cheddar cheese
Puff pastry sheets.
Line puff pastry into greased quiche tin. Mix eggs, sour cream and beat until smooth. Add in your filling (I usually do bacon, leek and mushroom which I have fried off in a pan) combine and add cheese. Pour filling into quiche dish and bake in moderate oven 180 degrees for 30-40mins till roughly set.
In summer I serve with potato salad and green salad. In winter scalloped potatoes and veg.
