DD used to be a good eater . She eats well until few months back when she started refusing food . Whenever I offer her food , she will shake her head, cover her mouth or close it tight . I used to give her biscuits or fruits ( as those are her favourite) as finger food and when she is busy eating by herself , I will shove some proper meal in . I know it is accidental parenting but that works until recently when I think I have to stop feeding this way . So I refuse to give her biscuits and fruits until she eat proper meal first . But she will keep on demanding on biscuits and fruits . And now she refuse to eat anything other than biscuits and fruits . I tried making her proper meal into finger food but it doesn't work . She will just dump it onto the floor .
I am quite worried as she doesn't drink a lot of milk and now she is not eating properly . Is there any way to help her eat ?
