I think you need to try the CN again and do the second nap 3hr after.  I don't think you can count it out just trying one day.  She's not likely to show tired signs as much because she's had a short sleep in the morning, just enough to get her through to a proper afternoon nap.  My DD never really showed them either, I just put her in early one day and found the right A. It does sometimes take a bit of trial and error, but is really the best way to go if she's not quite ready for one nap.

(((Hugs))), these transitions can be tough!

Katie , thanks for hugs...

Well dd has had a very rough couple of nights (as have I) but unbelievably after my rant she slept for 2hr20mins!!!!!!!!!

Unheard of!!!

So I am thinking this....

Ew. Mini cn then sleep
Anything after 6.30/7.... One nap with shorter A's and early bt... This will no doubt lead to an ew again but will repeat as above

Ha!!! Check me out pretending to have a "plan"!!

I'm shock at that nap.... Poor tired girl

No apologies, hon, it is always helpful to talk things our and get support.  That's what we're here for!! :)

Ouch 2hr nw from 2-4am......
Hmmm... did this seem OT (crying hard or trying really hard to get back to sleep, but just can't) or UT (cot party, rolling around and chatting).  I'm thinking it could be OT because of the long day or UT because of the long nap.  If you do two naps still, I'd not let her sleep over 2hr for the pm one to make sure she doesn't steal from night sleep.

Sounds like a good plan to me, as does the 'EW=2 naps and 6:30/7 wake=1 nap' plan.  I did much the same during the last part of the transition with DD.
