Should I keep at the same after a resettled OT nap?

8 month old dd woke after 40 mins from pm nap and took 14 min on and off to resettle. Total nap length was 1h15 min capped to maintain BT. I usually do 2hr at after an hour nap so should I keep it the same seeing it was an OT nap?

When you say total nap length was 1h15, does that mean total sleep time? Or did she sleep her normal 60min (albeit interrupted) with the 14min resettle? 

I'm not sure I understand why it was an OT nap, but yeah I'd keep to about 2hr.  If it takes her a little longer to settle, then that's ok. :)

Hi Katie

Sorry I don't know how I missed your reply but thanks for getting back to me...it was normal 60 min and rest time to resettle. OT cos she seems to prefer a 4-3-2 easy and i hadnt figured this out yet so think her nap was a bit late :)

It did thanks :) I'm still getting EW around 5-5.30 ish BT I think that's teething related- how log does teething last?!! Other than that she's doing great! xx
