How to reset time for profile

I Don't know how it happened but it says my local time is like 12 am and its really 730pm. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm in Ontario Canada I can't find where is wants a timezone.

If you go into your profile, then under the "modify profile" menu click on Look & Layout option.  There is a time offset window.  I'm in the Eastern US timezone and mine says -5.

Having said that...there are issues with the time zone thingy....
