Claire, can you post his whole day yesterday, it's tricky to try and piece it together from small posts.

To be honest, I'm wondering if he was just well rested and done sleeping when he woke Claire. In 24 hours he had 12 hours 45 mins sleep, which is good. Possible  ??? He did wake happy  :-\.

So maybe less lunchtime sleep for more nighttime? So push later or finish nap earlier?

So that was a 6.15 A time. I would cap at 1.5 and go for BT at 6.45.

I would put down at 6.45. I don't believe in incorporating settling times into a schedule because LO's can end up UT at PD if you allow for it and then taking longer to go to sleep. If the nap length and A time is right, he should settle fairly quickly KWIM  ??? This is what happens IME anyway  ;)

My pleasure, you too Hun. I really hope between us we can figure this out. I am starting to think that keeping his morning A time as close to the nursery A time as possible may be less confusing for him, and then adjusting BT according to nap length. Let's see how today works out and take it from there. He probably only went down at 6.15 A time because of sleeping a short night anyway, so if tonight is a longer night tomorrow could change  ::)
