Help please!!!

My 3mo ds had a virus that my 4yr old ds brought home from school.  For the past two nights, he's been screaming from 7pm, until 5am.  Unless we rock him, and even then he screams until he falls asleep exhausted.  He also refuses to nurse, if I try to BF him, he screams even more.  But the next day he nurses compulsively.  He has no fever, but he does sound a little congested.  Do I just wait it out?

What about trying a bit of Tylenol or some other pain meds?  I know that I can feel really awful without a fever.  I'm not sure why he wont BF, could he be getting teeth?

At 3 months, I might take him to the doctor just to rule out anything strange.  (((hugs))), that sounds awful!

Have been giving him Tylenol every four hours as prescribed.  I know I have started my 4yr old's cold, had the fever and now have sore throat and headache.  I will likely bring him to a dr if it persists.
