7.5 month old refusing evening nap

So, my little DS has now transitioned to A time of 3.5-4h! His am nap is between 1.5-2h with this A time. However, he is now refusing his afternoon nap. Won't take it with motrin, or teethers or any APOP. He does fine and seems very happy until his bedtime at 7:30pm and still sleeps through the night, so far. Any ideas? This is way too early for one nap, right?

6:30 wake and bottle
8:30 breakfast
10:30 nap
12:00 wake and bottle
2:00 lunch
3:30 bottle (refused today)
3:45 nap- motrin given and teether- refused and cried...
4:30 tried bottle again (refused)
5pm tried nap again and refused
6pm dinner
7:15 bottle and bed

Was happy and laughing until bed... Drank 26 ounces today even with only 3 bottles. Usually drinks about 32 ounces in 4 bottles.
Sleeping still but who knows what tomorrow brings... This is the third day afternoon nap was refused...

Thank you- yes, he started to crawl 2 weeks ago and is now just starting to get good at it, off his belly a bit. also his upper teeth are just coming in... no cruising yet.
He still STTN- just wakes early and then goes back to sleep again until 6:30-7am. He did nap in the afternoon yesterday after we gave him some motrin... Maybe just developmental again...

Sounds like it could be a combo of developmental and teeth - darn teeth!
