Unsubscribing from threads?
« on: November 07, 2012, 16:08:56 pm »
Is there a way to do this? Just thinking for things like birth clubs when you move onto next thread so the d one doesn't keep popping up in unread replies...

at least with things birth club threads, they will eventually restart, so it will stop showing up in your replies.  :)

There have been threads I've responded to that ended up with me getting a big slew of stuff in my Unread Replies To Your Posts list so I've wanted this feature for a while now. As it is, I've had to go back and remove my posts to do so, or just not posts in threads I would otherwise. So if it's possible, along with fixing the still occasionally slow posts, that would be lovely, or I'll end up with 50 threads where all I've done is said "{{{{HUGS}}}}". ;D

Is there no 'unnotify' button on the threads you have subscribed to?

Notification isn't the problem. It's when I click on "New replies to your posts" that I get those back in the list. (And half the time I forgot why I wanted to ignore those threads till I open them and THEN remember! LOL)

Oh right. Sorry, I misunderstood - got notifications on the brain today :)

No I don't think you can do that.

I know you CAN'T..... but I would LIKE to. Facebook now has this lovely "Unfollow" option so I don't get notifications every time a post I've even only Liked gets a comment forever and ever; something like that would be great here.
