It's 8:30am and she's still asleep, so she's already gotten 14hrs of sleep in   I'm going to guess that she won't nap today, lol.

ped. I did find that when the nw's start increasing that means he is getting ot and I would do a 9.5 hour day to make up for it. But that was when I was letting him sleep in until 8am. Now that I am waking him at 7:00 I might go the other way and do bt at 5:45 tonight then let him sleep in tomorrow and still do bt at 5:45 so that  instead of shortening the end of the day I can shorten the start of the day and keep bt the same. If that makes sense. But that will only work if he does sleep in.

Makes perfect sense, hope you get the sleep in he needs.
