Not enough hours in the day
« on: November 16, 2012, 11:29:05 am »
Hi,

I'm already postin on night wakings but this is a general question which I don't think applies in that area.

My LO is 8 months old, they say on here A time should between 3 and 4 hours and naps  2 - 3hrs a day so how do you fit it all in to a 4 hour easy?  If my lo's a time is say 3 1/2 hrs (just trying to work out best times at the moment to help sort out nw's) then she was to sleep for say 1 1/2hrs and I've fed her at the beginning of A time she would be due a feed when she's asleep.

I hope I've not made it sound too complicated.

After 6 months once solids are in the mix, it becomes a 4h+ EASY :). Generally a good format for the day is

WU and milk
Breakfast after an hour
Nap
WU and milk
Lunch after an hour
Nap
WU and milk
Tea after an hour
Milk before BT

The solids get them through the extra time - does that make sense?
