Back again....can't seem to figure out 8 month old

Ok so I'm back. My dd is barely sleeping 10.5 hr nights. I am so confused. She is having a party in there right now. 3 days in a row that she has woken at 550ish. Happy as can be. All last week I stayed at 3.5 A and she was having 11 hr nights except once. Do I seriously need to increase again or could this be ot wake up? She does seem tired. Yesterday fell asleep during nap time wind down which never happens so I'm hesitant to push but at the same time I'm wondering if she is tired because she isn't having a longer night. Any ideas.

Wanted to add that the last 3 mornings she has started crying 20 mins after her party. Saturday morning I sat in the rocker with her and she slept another hour. Yesterday I got her up and this morning I could tell from her cry she was still tired so I rubbed her back. She did fall asleep again but only for a few minutes and that was quite upset. She is usually a happy waker.
