Adjusting to a 2 hour time difference
« on: December 02, 2012, 15:30:00 pm »
Hi everyone
Just returned from a vacation where the time difference was 2 hours. Now that I'm back home, baby has waken 2 hours earlier (as per his previous waking time). Any ideas on getting baby back on track?

Try shifting the whole day 15 mins every 3 days - so first nap 15 mins later, then second nap etc. Alternatively you can try for an extra nap to get you to a later bedtime, then APOP back to sleep in the morning if LO still wakes early :)
