My 4mo was generally a good sleeper until about 2 weeks ago. He is bottlefed, 6x6ou (includes dreamfeed at 11pm and one night feed around 4am). Has 2x30 min naps in the morning and a 2-2.5h nap at 1pm; then 30 min nap late afternoon and goes to bed around 7.30pm. Around 2 weeks ago he started waking up 30 min after falling asleep at bedtime and around 2 am, first for 5-10 min, getting restless, pulling his legs up and passing gas. He only needed his dummy and would fall back to sleep easily. However in the last few days he stays up for 30 min to an hour. He doesnt cry unless he loses his dummy, but he is very restless and straining. Today we were up for 1.5 hours in total between 2.30 and 4 am (including feeding). I would really appreciate any advice - is there something we are doing wrong or not doing?
