Excellent, I think I've got it now - who knew baby sleep was so complicated
Today we had
Wake up 6:15
Nap 11:15 - 1:15 (that's a whole 2 hours!!!!!)
Asleep 6:45
She seemed really tired all day today and even after her 2 hour nap she did a lot of thumb sucking and cuddling this afternoon and was definitely ready for bed by 6ish. But I guess she's got a lot of sleep to catch up on. Hopefully we can continue to make progress over the next few days.
