Cooking with BM
« on: December 12, 2012, 09:04:31 am »
Hi Ladies!

I have a few bags of frozen BM that are about to expire this month so I have been thinking of cooking stuff with them and freezing it for later.

I've done BM pancakes, any other ideas out there?

Hmmmm. BM. Bowel Movement cakes. Let's see how you get on.

Sorry, couldn't help myself, it took me a while to figure out what you meant here  :P

You can freeze cheese sauce - we freeze portions of it all the time. From googling, custard and rice pudding can also be frozen.

Can you refreeze the BM after it is cooked if it has already been frozen for the max time?

I assume it works the same as other products that have been frozen, if you process them then you can refreeze the the new product.
At least I hope so;) DD hasn't reacted badly to the pancakes so far.
