Ya,thats what i was figuring...she woke at6am today-i
thought we'd be up for the day then, but she went
back to sleep aftr 20mins or so til i woke again myself at7.40.
That 2nd nap is so handy-im in no rush to drop it!can i cap
it any shorter than30mins to see if that helps?she woke
at6.30 yest so im seeing an EW pattern might be creeping in.
EBT would be fine, but at the mo,she is wrecked tired after
her 2nd A of just 3hr45mins,so im not sure how long aftr that i could
push her.

Best to let her wake herself :) Good practice for when she has to sleep longer than 2hr on one nap... probably cap it at 2.5 though if she sleeps that long to preserve BT.

Yep, and push the AM nap a little later.

tbh, the 7.20 wakeup when i'm at work is a right pain!i barely get to see her!we'll be wakign her at 7am i think if this continues!
yesterday didn't work out so well-she threw up (all over me & her!) right before i was putting her into the cot, so we both had to do a full outfit change.
it was 8.45pm before she was in the cot but she didnt wake me till 7.47am this morning!!!
