How early a BT can you get away with during 2-1?

Just what the title says...dd woke at 6/6.15 yesterday and today and can only handle 4.5h am at ATM so if I'm lucky she wakes at 1 and a pm at of 4.5h will bring BT at 5.30....is that going to backfire??!

Last night I did 4h35 min at to 5.45 BT after a 2.5h nap and she had an hr long nw at 6.30 ::) ...and woke at 6.10 this morning...


Any thoughts?

I'd definitely try a 5.30pm bedtime. I haven't managed to get Aud to bed that early (logistics, not that she wouldn't benefit) but I know it is pretty common during the 2-1 and the 1-0 - go for it!

Earliest I've ever done is 5pm, but only once or twice. I did 5.30/45 a fair few times during the 2-1 and never regretted it!

I chickened out of SEBT and went for CN at 4-4.35 capped (it was only 3hr pm at so she must have been tired!). Will aim for 6.30/45 BT and hopefully get a reasonable wu Tom so I can get back on track !
